Return & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original invoice/receipt
• Returned within 14 days of delivery

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Innerwear, lingerie, and socks (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Items without original tags or packaging

To start a return or exchange:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order ID and reason for return
3. Share photos of the product if there's a quality issue
4. We'll arrange a free pickup from your location
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or bank account.

We offer free exchanges for size or color changes, subject to availability. The exchange product will be shipped once we receive the original item.
